Shoes

I can't believe I'm already writing you about shoes. However, I must share this site I found via Jordan Ferney's super blog, Oh, Happy Day. Lori's Shoes in Chicago has a fantastic website. Lori has weeded through some of the best affordable lines, and like a fashionable friend, suggests only the best ones to you. I need help knowing what is cool anymore. My dependence on and lust for Anthropologie's shoes has been railroaded by their increasing collection of pricey, albeit fabulous, independent labels. Zappo's is great too, but Lori's will save you the headache of scrolling fanatically through hundreds of shoes well into the wee hours of morning. I am in love with her selection of Jeffrey Campbell!

New work at shopSCAD

I visited shopSCAD on Tuesday and dropped off some new work with Amy. She had so many great new pieces in the shop-check it out if you're in town or online here. I was really smitten with the sweet twig and bird jewelry by Allyson Ross.

I finally did it!

Welcome to my blog! I'm excited to finally have a way to reconnect with friends, family and clients. I've recently relocated my studio to quaint Newberry, South Carolina. I'll share some photos of the town and my studio with you. If you ever find yourself on Hwy 26- between Columbia and Spartanburg- please stop by! I'm downtown on Main Street. You really cannot miss it!
