Astulabee

My heart pines for an original handmade creature by Nicole Licht of Astulabee. Her every little careful detail is sublime! Her plush creatures are my hands down-steal out the door with as many as I can hold in my hot greedy hands-favorites...but her mixed media work is brilliant too! What a treasure! xo

I´m sitting here with my eyes wide open, terryfied that I will miss out on details.

  3. From the moment you receive one of nicole's treasures in the mail you realize in your hands you are holding beauty incarnate. She wraps them so creatively with vintage and found bits of fabric, lace and trim that you just don't want to open it. Yet open it you do and then comes the great gasp of admiration for one of the most talented makers of soft art that ever lived.
I am most fond of her woodlanders and so far have purchased three , one to keep and two to give away to loved ones.

  4. Nicole's creatures have a life & a soul of their own. Nicole is incredibly gifted, she has an eye for fabrics & colours, she uses them, and turn them into magic.

I am the lucky owner of many of her creations, yet, every new offering makes me gasp like it is the very first one.

Thank you for featuring her in your beautiful blog.
