Eva Magill-Oliver

I've been fortunate to work recently on some design pieces for artist, Eva Magill-Oliver.  I really admire her clever mixed media techniques and the tangible sense of mood and place she's able to manipulate with them.  Eva is from South Carolina and only recently returned to Atlanta  to live after two years of living in Paris!  In addition to her Fine Art, Eva is a flourishing illustrator and currently working on a children's book project with her husband Whit, called Sam et Sophie- read more about it on her website! xo

Julianna Bright

I've been admiring the painting illustrations of Julianna Bright this morning. She's a self-taught artist and musician who lives and works in Portland, Oregon. I'm afraid I screen-grabbed a few of these from her recent show at Fontanelle Gallery-which was taken down before I remembered to record their titles- my apologies! Julianna has an Etsy shop and an incredible Web site to view more of her work.  I also found an interesting interview with her here. xo

Dominique Donois

My heart is all aflutter from spending time in the Flickr albums of gifted papier-mâché artist, Dominique Donois! She lives in Vincennes, France with her husband and their extremely cute baby boy, Auguste. Dominique studied at the École des Arts Décoratifs in Strasbourg, France. In addition to her exhibitions, she has created several window displays for some very special boutiques in Paris and Tokyo...I cannot imagine happening by such a spectacle! She shares her love of the vintage children's book illustrations and toys that inspire her work in an incredible album collection...looksee here! Dominique is represented by Tiphaine Illustration. xo
